We want to make all the information available to the customer so that they can independently and without assistance monitor our activity and be informed at any time wherever they are.
We provide the customer with a password and code protected link on our website from which they will be able to:

  • Check stock, differentiating between available stock and actual stock
  • View status of inbound and outbound operations
  • Monitor the receipt of returns
  • Control shipment traceability from a single platform, regardless of the carrier chosen for the shipment.
  • Download all the information consulted in Excel format

Eliminate administrative tasks

We aim for a technological relationship with the customer to avoid duplication of tasks that do not add value and that can cause errors when done manually.
That is why we are able to automate communications in the process of incoming and outgoing goods orders.
We are also prepared to perform the reports that the customer needs and automate the response.

File exchange systems

We use a very simple technology to automate all the communication processes with the client.
We provide our customers with FTP mailboxes, where the customer leaves his instruction files and where we will leave the answers requested by the customer.
The files to be exchanged can be in tabulated .txt format or in csv, formats against which any management program can download documents.
