- For what purposes do we process your personal data?
VIFRA 2010, S.L.U. processes the information provided by the interested parties for administrative, accounting and tax management purposes, as well as for sending commercial communications about our products and services.
- How long will we keep your data?
For 5 years or when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or as long as the data subject does not request their deletion.
- What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
We indicate the legal basis for the processing of your data: Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 56/2007 of 28 December on Measures to Promote the Information Society; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Consent of the data subject: REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament, and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
You also have the right to data portability.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data.
In this case, we will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
When sending commercial communications using as a legal basis the legitimate interest of the controller, the data subject may object to the processing of their data for that purpose.
If you have given your consent for any specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
