In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), VIFRA 2010, S.L.U., hereinafter (VIFRA) informs the users that it has proceeded to create a profile in the Social Networks with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.
The user has a profile in the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by VIFRA, thus showing interest in the information advertised in the Network.
By joining our page, you give us your consent to the processing of personal data published in your profile.
The user can access at all times to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure your privacy.
VIFRA has access to and treats the user’s public information, especially the user’s contact name.
These data are only used within the Social Network itself and in no case are they incorporated to any file, without previously requesting the express consent of the interested party.
In relation to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which you have and which can be exercised before VIFRA, in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament, you must take into account that, due to the functionality of the social networks themselves, you will normally have to exercise your rights before the Social Network itself.
VIFRA will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to public profile information.
  • Publication in the user’s profile of all information already published on the VIFRA page.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.
  • Page status updates that will be posted on the user’s profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings. MINORS’ DATA Access and registration to this social network is prohibited for minors under 14 years of age.
Access to the official VIFRA site is also forbidden for minors under 14 years of age.
On the other hand, if the user does not meet this requirement, VIFRA informs them of the need to have the authorization of their parents, guardians or legal guardians to access and use VIFRA’s official site.
VIFRA is exempt from any responsibility derived from the use of its official site by minors or users who do not comply with the aforementioned requirements, being, in any case, their legal representatives the only ones responsible. PUBLICATIONS The user, once joined to VIFRA’s page, will be able to publish in the latter comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network.
The user, in all cases, must be the owner of the same, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.
It is expressly forbidden any publication on the page, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that infringe or are likely to infringe morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law.
In these cases, VIFRA reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
VIFRA will not be responsible for the contents freely published by a user.
The user must keep in mind that his publications will be known by other users, so he himself is the main responsible for his privacy.
The images that may be published in the page will not be stored in any file by VIFRA, but they will remain in the Social Network. CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS VIFRA reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the user linked to its page may participate.
The bases of each one of them, when the platform of the Social Network is used for it, will be published in the same.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them. VIFRA ADVERTISING will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services, in any case, if it decides to treat your contact data for direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of the RGPD, the LOPDGDD and the LSSI-CE.
The fact of recommending VIFRA’s website to other users so that they can also enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activity will not be considered advertising.
